Overview
I have not flown in wave lift. From what I have heard and read, Condor’s simulation of wave conditions leaves a few things to be desired. For example, none of the associated cloud formations (lenticular, rotor, cap) are represented, nor is the strong turbulence in areas where one would expect to find rotor.
That said, Condor does produce wave lift where you would expect to find it; pretty amazing, actually, for a $60 piece of software.
